Job Description

MSA Insurance Advisors is seeking motivated and licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to join our expanding team! Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, we provide the support, tools, and opportunities you need to grow your book of business and maximize your earnings.
As an Independent Contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely or in the DFW Metroplex area, while partnering with an agency that’s invested in your long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with health, life, and ancillary insurance needs from a portfolio of top national carriers.
Conduct client consultations to determine coverage needs and recommend appropriate plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and physician offices to generate referrals.
Participate in community events and health fairs to build visibility and generate leads.
Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and product offerings.
Use provided tools for application submissions, tracking, and CRM management.

Qualifications

Active Health & Life Insurance license (or in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to travel within the DFW Metroplex (if applicable)
